It’s the dead time of the NBA calendar, a span that lasts roughly the two months between the end of Summer League and training camp.

There are still some unresolved matters with the Knicks — namely the Mikal Bridges extension, the last free-agency spot and filling out the assistant coaching staff — but those topics are either stagnant or, at this point, boring.

So, let’s have fun with a list. Everybody loves lists, right?
