Karamo Brown says he’s never had cosmetic surgery on ‘WWHL’, shocking viewers: “Karamo mustn’t count dermal fillers as plastic surgery”

Karamo Brown is clapping back at his haters.

On Sunday night’s (Nov. 2) episode of Watch What Happens Live, the Queer Eye star shut down rumors that he’s had plastic surgery.

“I wish people would stop commenting on people’s photos. It’s ridiculous and tacky,” he told host Andy Cohen while breaking down the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac. “The way people comment on my photos — [they say] I’ve had every plastic surgery. I’ve had everything. They’ve told me I had facelifts, nose jobs … It’s all real.”

He added, “I wish I did. I want some. I ain’t gonna lie to y’all. The minute I get some work done, I’m gonna tell all y’all.”

While Brown—who was celebrating his 45th birthday in the Bravo Clubhouse—promised that he’s never gone under the knife, he did admit to editing his photos on social media.

“I do edit them because I like to smooth out my eyes, but I do think that we need to stop commenting on people’s photos, period,” he said.

Unfortunately, Brown’s PSA was ignored by social media users. Following his attempt to clear up speculation about his appearance, many Watch What Happens Live viewers took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to express their doubt about the talk show host’s claims.

“Karamo mustn’t count dermal fillers as plastic surgery on wwhl. Otherwise his face deserves a segment on the show,” one wrote, while another added, “Is it just me or is Karamo giving Dwight Eubanks? Back off the filler, babe.”

A third person said, “Yikes… Karamo stop messing with your face. His ‘smile’ is still tight AF. When it was like that on #RHOM I figured it was fresh work but nah sis don’t do anything else.”

Someone else noted, “Idk if it’s filler or Botox on Karamo… but girl.”
