Cam Skattebo is the Giants’ lightning man — even when he can’t take the field

For a team in need of a breath of fresh air, a hurricane blew into the Quest Diagnostics Giants Training Center on Wednesday … on a scooter.

“He’s going to hate sitting at home and whatnot, so I’m sure that he’ll be around here a lot. It was good to see his face for sure,” Jaxson Dart said.

Less than three nights following his emergency surgery at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia for that gruesome dislocated ankle, fractured fibula and ruptured deltoid ligament suffered against the Eagles, Skattebo’s presence reminded his Giants brothers how much they mean to him and how much he means to them.
