PHOTOS: Severe weather brings hail to Central Texas

AUSTIN (KXAN) — As severe weather moved through Central Texas overnight, some parts received substantial hail.
KXAN Meteorologist Kristen Currie said there was only one severe storm last night, which impacted Williamson County.

Severe hail was confirmed during the storm, and it measured just over an inch in diameter, which is slightly bigger than quarter size. The hail also came with 0.5″-1″ of rain.
