Comedian & Podcaster Jake Shane To Make Broadway Debut In Simon Rich’s ‘All Out: Comedy About Ambition’

Comedian and Therapuss podcaster Jake Shane will make his Broadway debut later this month in All Out: Comedy About Ambition, the Simon Rich short story readings with a rotating cast.

Shane will join the production at the Nederlander Theatre on February 17 as part of a cast that will include Ray Romano, Nicholas Braun and Jenny Slate in the final weeks of the run (the limited engagement ends March 8). All four will be making their Broadway debuts.

Ashley Park had been scheduled for the stint beginning February 17 but has dropped out due to scheduling conflicts.

Shane’s casting was announced today by producers Seaview and Lorne Michaels. All Out is directed by Alex Timbers and features original music performed by soul-pop band Lawrence. The current cast of All Out (departing February 15) includes Sarah Silverman, Heidi Gardner, Jason Mantzoukas and Craig Robinson.

Since 2023, Shane is the host of the podcast Therapuss with Jake Shane and has an audience of more than five million followers. He was named a 2025 Webby Award winner for Best Comedy Creator, and made his television acting debut with a recurring guest star role on season four of Hacks. He also
appears in the upcoming feature film Wishful Thinking starring Randall Park and Kate Berlant, and is developing and set to star in a Hulu comedy series inspired by his own life. His two North American comedy tours included a sold-out performance at Radio City Music Hall.
