ATOM Group and Don Perry Set Framework for U.S. Entertainment Growth

A new U.S.-based distribution entity is set to enter the entertainment and digital content market following an agreement between ATOM Group and Rogelio Archilla, professionally known as Don Perry.

The agreement outlines the formation of ATOM Distribution, a joint venture designed to serve as a dedicated commercial unit for the promotion, commercialization, and distribution of talent-driven content. The venture reflects a structured approach to aligning creative talent with digital infrastructure and monetization.

ATOM Distribution will be incorporated as a Delaware entity, with ATOM Group holding a majority ownership position and operational control. Governance will be managed by a four-member Board of Directors, ensuring structured oversight. A management incentive pool has been created to support future hires and long-term execution.

The entity has been designed to operate as a commercial layer rather than a creative studio or agency. Its role is to connect curated talent networks with scalable distribution infrastructure, enabling projects to move efficiently from development to market.

ATOM Group will provide platform infrastructure, technology, and operational execution through its ecosystems, including JGGL and Arteki. These platforms support content generation, planning, distribution, and monetization across multiple media formats.

Don Perry will contribute exclusive access to his talent roster, creative projects, and international business network. With decades of experience across the U.S. and global entertainment industries, Perry is known for his behind-the-scenes role in talent promotion, rights management, and strategic deal-making.

Dmitry Saksonov, Founding Partner at ATOM Group, stated that ATOM Distribution represents a broad range of ATOM Group’s media business and content production initiatives. He noted that combining platform technology with a trusted talent network creates a focused vehicle for long-term value creation in the U.S. market.

Perry described the partnership as the formalization of a shared vision centered on structured growth, transparency, and execution. He emphasized that ATOM Group’s platform depth and operational execution create a clear path for talent-driven projects to reach the market efficiently.

Jordan Budd, who supports Don Perry across strategic initiatives and deal execution, played a key role in facilitating the partnership and will continue to provide operational coordination.

Initial operations will focus on the United States, with potential expansion into additional international markets. The final structure and operations remain subject to definitive agreements.

As the entertainment industry continues to evolve, the formation of ATOM Distribution highlights a shift toward governance-led, platform-enabled distribution models designed for long-term sustainability.
