Now that presidential first-born son Don Jr. and his ex fiancée, TV personality-turned-ambassador-to-Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle, have moved on, their former residence in Florida is quietly being shopped around, sources told Gimme Shelter exclusively.

The asking price of the “whisper” listing in Jupiter is around $30 million, sources said.

The dwelling is in the exclusive gated waterfront community of Admirals Cove.

The pair dated from 2018 until 2024. They bought the home for $9.7 million in 2021, shortly after President Trump left the White House following the end of his first term.

Trump Jr. — a father of five with ex-wife Vanessa Trump, who lives nearby — is engaged to Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson. Guilfoyle, whose first husband was California Gov. Gavin Newsom, shares a son with her second ex-husband, Eric Villency.

“I’m happy for Don. I wish him, of course, all the best,” Guilfoyle, a former prosecutor and Fox News personality, told the New York Times last month.

Guilfoyle is now living in a “sprawling” Mediterranean-style official residence in Athens. She was recently on the cover of Vogue Greece.

In Florida, the two-story, family-friendly dwelling is 11,300 square feet. It comes with six bedrooms and 11 baths — along with a pool and a private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway that can hold an 85-foot boat.

Inside, there’s an elevator, a wine room and a chef’s kitchen.

It’s not known, however, whether or not the Jupiter home has a gun room. Trump Jr. is an avid hunter, and one of his first requests for his Hamptons home was that it needed a special gun room to showcase, and store, his beloved collection, as Gimme reported exclusively at the time.

And it’s all on 1.2 acres, which is larger than most homes in the tony enclave.

Of course, it is also not far from Mar-a-Lago — just a 30-minute drive away. And it’s even closer to Trump National Golf Club.

“It’s a beautiful house and it is finally ready to sell. There’s a ton of interest,” a source said, noting that there was some back and forth between the former couple regarding the home’s potential sale.
