Sick New World music festival coming to Fort Worth October 2026

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Sick New World Fest is kicking off for the first time in Texas in October 2026, with System of a Down and the Deftones headlining, according to a news release.

The Texas festival will kick off in Forth Worth on Oct. 24, 2026 at the Texas Motor Speedway, according to the release.

The lineup includes Slayer, Evanescence, Marilyn Manson, Knocked Loose, AFI, Underoath, Kittie, Coal Chamber, Wage War, Norma Jean and many more.

This is the first expansion of the music festival after the last two were held in Las Vegas. That festival will return to Las Vegas on April 25, 2026 at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, the release said.

The Sick New World Fest website has more information on how those interested in attending can get an access code for the presale happening at 10 a.m. on Oct. 24. Tickets to the public will also be available the same day, according to the release.
