UT student injured in Raising Cane's crash files lawsuit

Vaishu Vijay was seriously injured in October 2025 when police said a pickup truck drove onto the sidewalk in front of Raising Cane’s on Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard around 2:30 a.m. and crashed into four pedestrians.
