‘Percy Jackson And The Olympians’ Casts Dafne Keen & Saara Chaudry For Season 3
Percy Jackson and the Olympians is expanding its cast for the third season. Dafne Keen (Deadpool & Wolverine) and Saara Chaudry (PAW Patrol: The Movie) are set for recurring roles in Season 3 of the Disney+ series, which will be based on author Rick Riordan’s third book in the series The Titan’s Curse. The TV series received a very early Season 3 renewal ahead of the Season 2 premiere December 10.
Keen will play Artemis and Chaudry will portray Zoë Nightshade. The castings were revealed on the show’s Instagram account.
The pair join previously announced Levi Chrisopulos and Olive Abercrombie, who will play the children of Hades, Nico and Bianca di Angelo, respectively.
In Season 2, Percy Jackson returns to Camp Half-Blood one year later to find his world turned upside down. His friendship with Annabeth is changing, he learns he has a cyclops for a brother, Grover has gone missing, and the camp is under siege from the forces of Kronos. Percy’s journey to set things right will take him off the map and into the deadly Sea of Monsters, where a secret fate awaits the son of Poseidon.
Riordan and Jon Steinberg serve as writers and executive producers.
