The supermodel shared a series of photos from her 30th birthday party on Instagram, and among them was a photo of Hadid kissing Cooper.

In the steamy picture, Hadid and the 50-year-old actor could be seen passionately kissing while standing behind her giant, three-tier chocolate birthday cake.

Hadid cupped Cooper’s face in her hands as they enjoyed the smooch.
