Mother sues over Dell Seton hospital arrest death
The mother of Laison Crenshaw – the 37 year old patient who died while being arrested during a mental health crisis in 2024 inside Dell Seton Medical Center where seeking treatment – filed a federal wrongful death lawsuit Friday against the police officer and several security guards involved, as well as the hospital’s owner, Ascension Seton, and a hospital doctor, according to suit.
