EXCLUSIVE: After building up a powerful touring business on the back of an extraordinary online following, Ali Siddiq will soon be playing his first arena show as part of his new national tour, The Custom Fit Tour, which will take him to 26 markets this spring.
The show in question will take place at Chesapeake Arena in Baltimore in May, with the tour running from April through June. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, January 23rd at 10:00 a.m. local time with an artist pre-sale on Wednesday, January 21st at 10:00 a.m. local and local pre-sales on Thursday, January 22nd at 10:00 a.m. local.
Fresh off a NAACP Image Award nomination for Ali Siddiq: My Two Sons, which sources said is the only independently produced and released YouTube special ever to receive a major award nomination, Siddiq released that hour and two others last year, including Rugged, and most recently, Mondays, which has done 2.9M views on YouTube in three weeks. Siddiq’s My Two Sons and Rugged have respectively garnered over 10.5M and 6.3M views on YouTube — major numbers rivaling those of many a Netflix special. In fact, per Nielsen numbers reviewed by Deadline, My Two Sons is the third most-viewed special on any platform in the last year.
Named as one of our Comics Who Won 2025, the uniquely prolific Siddiq also recently exec produced and released two other comics’ specials on his YouTube channel, as a means of bringing rising talents up with him: Marcus D. Wiley: Marriage Is Major Surgery, which has been viewed by more than 4.6 million since February, and Ryan Davis: Under-Rated, which has over 2M views since October. (The latter comic just made our list of 20 Stand-Ups to Keep an Eye On in 2026).
Born in Houston, Siddiq began performing stand-up in the late ’90s, famously developing his voice while incarcerated. Remarkably, he has seven stand-up specials on the list of the top 50 biggest YouTube specials of all time, per Nielsen, as well as one he exec produced (Marcus D. Wiley: Marriage Is Major Surgery). The biggest of those, The Domino Effect, has over 18M views. Siddiq had the third biggest impact of any comedian in 2025, in terms of viewership on streaming, behind only Nate Bargatze and Jeff Dunham. Already, he has shot another three specials of his own for release next year — and in February, he’ll film three more. On February 1, he’ll release another special from Wiley, and coming up, he also has another one from Malik S. that he’ll self-distribute, as well as The Jive Turkeys, an ensemble special of Houston comics for 2026 release.
Siddiq is repped by Irreverent Character Management and Hansen, Jacobson, Teller. View his new set of dates below.
