Apathy has taken over this Jets season — Aaron Glenn better hope this is the worst of it

ORCHARD PARK — What’s left to this carcass of a Jets season as they play their final game Sunday against a Bills team that’s on its way to the playoffs for the seventh consecutive year and eighth in the past nine?

For the 3-13 Jets, who will not be a part of the playoffs for the 15th consecutive year, anger and frustration long ago was replaced by apathy.

Apathy on the part of their team, which didn’t have a December to remember, outscored 153-46 in their four losses during the holiday month.

And apathy on the part of their fans, who stopped attending home games in record numbers in the second half of this season.
