Foresight Theatrical, which serves as both executive producer and general manager on many Broadway shows and tours, today announced a planned transition in company partnership, with two longstanding team members, Nick Ginsberg and Jalaina Ross, promoted to partners alongside Aaron Lustbader and Mark Shacket.

Ginsberg and Ross started with Foresight over a decade ago as associate general managers.

At the same time, partner Allan Williams, a 40+ year veteran general manager and executive producer of more than 100 Broadway, touring and international productions, will continue his association with Foresight as an executive producer and consultant while stepping down as a general management partner.

“I have had an extraordinary 38 years with the company and couldn’t be more grateful for the experience,” said Williams. “I look forward to collaborating in my new capacity, supporting a team I believe in so deeply.”

Founded in 1981 as Alan Wasser and Associates and then restructured and rebranded in 2012, Foresight Theatrical has counted among its clients Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon, Kinky Boots, The Band’s Visit, Moulin Rouge! The Musical and the 2025 Tony Award for Best Musical Maybe Happy Ending, among many others.

Wasser died in 2019.
