Rhea Ripley’s Next Big WWE Feud Revealed

Rhea Ripley could be advancing toward her next feud. On the September 1st episode of Raw, the seeds were planted for a new rivalry between “Mami” and the legendary “Empress of Tomorrow,” Asuka.

For almost the entirety of last year, Rhea Ripley has been involved in a heated rivalry against either Liv Morgan or her former faction, The Judgment Day. After Morgan was sidelined with an injury, Ripley’s feud shifted toward Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez.

Rhea Ripley’s Tense Confrontation

The new feud appears to be born from a tense friendship and partnership between Ripley, Asuka, and Iyo Sky. During a backstage segment on Raw between Ripley and Jackie Redmond, Asuka interrupted.

An argument over their mutual friendship with Sky, who was just announced as a challenger for the vacant Women’s World Title, quickly turned heated. Ripley challenged Asuka, who responded with a cryptic warning.

“No one is ready for Asuka, not even you,” she stated before walking away. The duo last faced each other on the December 12, 2022, episode of Raw, where Ripley was victorious.

Rhea Ripley’s Stern Warning to WWE Fans

The new storyline for Ripley comes after a difficult weekend for her in Paris. In a video that went viral, Ripley was seen being swarmed and mobbed by a group of overly aggressive fans on the street. The incident prompted a stern warning from “Mami” on her social media.

“Treat me like a human, or imma start acting like Rhea Ripley and no one’s getting sh*t,” she wrote. She was later seen with security while walking the streets so the company was quick to act on the situation.
