1 person killed after being struck by vehicle in Horseshoe Bay

AUSTIN (KXAN) —  A 19-year-old died after being struck by a vehicle early Saturday morning in Horseshoe Bay, the city of Horseshoe Bay said in a social media post.

Just before 2 a.m., officers with the Horseshoe Bay Police Department responded to a 911 call regarding a crash that involved a pedestrian. The crash happened at the intersection of Tonto and Broken Arrow, the post said. 

The pedestrian, identified as Abraham Misael Hernandez, of Horseshoe Bay, was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Oliver Eve, 27, of Austin, was arrested and accused of Intoxication Manslaughter with a Vehicle, which is a 2nd Degree Felony. Eve was booked into the Llano County Jail, according to the city.
